Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the games published by Last Freak, including Thinky Daily Puzzles (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them.
1. Your account
The Game creates an account for you automatically. You may connect a Google or Apple account to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to that account. If you never connect one, your progress may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change devices.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game on your devices for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, its puzzles, art, characters (including Inky), music and code belong to Last Freak or its licensors.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, modify the Game, exploit bugs, interfere with our servers, use automated tools, reverse engineer the Game except where the law allows it, or choose a display name that is offensive or impersonates others. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
4. Purchases and virtual items
- Today's puzzles are free. Some content and features (such as past days, past events and ad-free hints) require the VIP upgrade, a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring charge. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
- VIP is charged by the Apple App Store or Google Play and tied to your store account. To get it on another device, use "Restore purchase" in the Game.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, and by applicable consumer law.
- Hints, streaks and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property; they are part of the license above.
5. Content and changes to the Game
Daily puzzles, events and features may change, be added or be removed over time. We may update the Game, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We may stop offering the Game; if a paid purchase is affected, we will follow store rules and applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Last Freak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or progress, or amounts above what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game. Continuing to play means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
